All orders are dispatched from Bali, Indonesia.

We currently ship to:

Heads up: shipping to Europe is a limited-time thing, running until July 20. Get your order in before then to make sure it ships.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on all domestic orders within Indonesia.
International shipping:

- Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain: flat rate €6.99, 3–5 business days
- Australia: €14.90

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders (Indonesia): Shipped via J&T Express or Kantor Pos

International orders: Shipped via FedEx Priority, Hermes or DHL
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: Approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment at all times.

We charge a flat shipping rate per region. Shipped via FedEx Priority.

For particularly remote locations, an additional surcharge may apply. If your postal code is not covered by our standard rate, we will contact you before shipping.
Duties & customs
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means:

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getwetsurfwear.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear items are final sale.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@getwetsurfwear.com.
Important:
Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel, clearly showing the original condition of the item. This is required to process any damage or fault claims.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
All shipments are fully trackable. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier.
How do I care for my swimwear?
To keep your surfwear in optimal condition, we recommend the following care instructions:

Rinse with fresh water immediately after every use

Hand wash gently in cold water

Use mild detergent only

Do not wring or tumble dry

Hang to dry in the shade

Avoid rough surfaces and take care around Velcro, such as your surf leash
